“When my Adventest spectrum analyzer failed, I really thought I would be forced to purchase a new unit.  I gave one last effort at finding a repair facility, and that’s when I found JAD Group.  The quoted cost for repair was very reasonable, and the expected turn-around time was reasonable too. I decided to give it a shot, and I’m sure glad that I did.  JAD Group customer service was great. They gave me frequent status updates even though I didn’t ask for special service.  The analyzer was returned to me in perfect working condition and ahead of schedule.  They even fixed a couple of minor problems that were unrelated to the main failure.  It is literally as good as new.  I wish other equipment manufacturers could be so good with repairs.  I would definitely do business with JAD Group again.”
